Here is the information from my fact finding trip about bank fishing on the OHIO side of the MELDAHL DAM. There is gravel and grassy parking area off to the right of the road to the Dam. When I got there a brief rain shower hit. It is a tricky walk down the path to the bank from the parking area. When I got down to the bank I found it to be dirt that the shower made into a slick mudd surface. At the end of the lockwall the bank started to get some rocks. I did not see any bait fish such as SKIPJACKS working at all. I was disappointed with that set up. I would suggest fishing down at Moscow ramp instead of at that bank.
